The Grill Daddy Pro emits a small amount of water that turns to steam when it hits the hot grill, melting away the grime. Use the steel brush to wipe away the black char. 1. 2-cup water capacity with on/off water valve.
2. Simply preheat the grill, fill your Grill Daddy Pro with water (water valve should be in the off position while filling), turn on the water valve and brush away caked on food residue and grease. For more steam, loosen the fill cap.
